Please note that we do not service products that were not installed by Watson Blinds and Awnings. If you are an existing customer of Watson and are having trouble with any products then please complete the form below. 

By answering these questions with as much detail and accuracy as possible, our team will be able to locate the original order and arrange a solution much faster for you.

  • Please provide the original job number so we can check the warranty on your products and ensure we locate the right parts to service them.
  • Please note that we only service products under warranties to the original purchaser. Once a property is sold to a new owner, the service agreement on Watson products is voided.
  • Please choose carefully as we have different service technicians for different products.
  • Please be as detailed as possible in letting us know what is happening with your Watson product.
