Role: Product Installers
Reporting to: Team Leader – Product Installer
Direct Reports (if appropriate): n/a
Key Relationships: Production Managers, Warehouse and Logistics Assistant, Head of Operations, Head of Service
Location/s: Hume, ACT
Purpose
Delivery and installation of Watson products to customers’ homes or commercial development sites, following Watson processes and safety procedures. This results in high quality products being delivered in a timely manner, meeting deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities*
- Ensuring equipment and materials are loaded in accordance with daily run sheets
- Visiting customers’ homes or work sites to install products in accordance with scheduled runs
- Resolving issues where possible and escalating more complex problems to the Team Leader for discussion / support
- Ensuring customer sign-off forms are completed at the end of each completed installation
- Reporting incomplete installations (‘non-conformances’) in accordance with process to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Ensuring vehicles, tools and equipment are kept organised
*the extent of the requirements will vary depending on the level of the role (trainee/experienced)
Requirements
- Hold a full or P driver’s licence.
- Have a positive attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships (this is a customer-focused role)
- Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Punctual and organised
- Support our strategic priorities and uphold the values of Quality, Integrity, Ease and Experience
- Have full work rights in Australia
Whilst a Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card) would be advantageous, we will support you to gain this. Australian Citizenship and Security Clearance may be needed for some of our Commercial projects.
