Bullnosed
- Design: Traditional look, ideal for older style houses.
- Construction: The polycarbonate sheet is heat-formed in the factory. Each sheet end is heated, curved to a specific radius using a steel barrel, and then cooled. This process allows for a tight bend that is otherwise difficult with 8mm twin wall sheets.
- Dimensions: The bullnose uses 380mm of sheet.
- Features: Gutters can be attached to the front for water management.
Flat
- Design: Modern, straight lines suitable for contemporary architecture.
- Construction: Typically installed with a 4-5 degree slope to facilitate water runoff.
